See numbers in picture. We can't latch windows when they stop cranking in. Can you help us?

Hello we have wood casement windows and need to replace the crank operator on a bunch of them. Could you please help me identify a proper replacement. It says Lincoln on the crank. When you open the window in the arm it says "Entry Guard - Truth" and also "R 30842"

I have a casement window with truth parts, probably 30+ years old. Original to the window. The window cranks open but the crank doesn't work at closing.
