Hi. We installed 4 casement windows in our house LA 20 years and the crank hardware is going to pieces and needs to be replaced. Your video for replacing them is as clear as can be but beyond my abilities as an unskilled homeowner. I'll need to find somebody to do the work, but hopefully you can hel ... (cont.)

I have one right handed casement window and one left handed. The crank on the left works but the operator keeps getting stuck at the hinge and stud bracket on the left. The one on the right the crank only opens the window, when I try and close it the gears won't catch. The window are over 25 years ... (cont.)

Hi The part I received the pin is facing down. Do you have the part with the pin facing up? I don't want to drill new holes.

I need 4 sash brackets.They measure 2 7/8 wide by 11/16.i also need 4 awning tracks. They measure 11 3/8 by 11/16.These are for marvin casements and are about 20 years old. Thank you.
