It won't open up or close.. I have to push it by hand to start it, and get a grip on wood to pull it completely closed

not sure what brand or model

Hello - unsure who made our windows (4th owner of house) - these are double paned and may be gas filled. The crank mechanism on this window is functional, but once the window is opened to the halfway point, the arm connector drops out of the track and has to be manually reinserted to close the window.

Entry Gard L30841 needed. The part came out that attaches to the handle to open the window. Thanks so much for help!

Hello I have a double crank window and the right pane is no longer working correctly. I am able to open the window but the crank mechanism is no longer working to close the window. Could you help me identify the part(s) I need? Thanks, -Mike

Since the mechanism isn't cranking window in and out anymore, I am assuming I need the gear assembly. Or what is best for longevity.

Want to find and order the part that is connected to the window. It a bracket where short gets connected to. the bracket is screwed to the window. Looking for the bracket part number to order.

our L hand operator is C-1081-101 with long arm S-1081-102 and short arm S-1081-56our R hand operator is C-1081-201 with long arm S-1081-202 and short arm S-1081-56are these operators still available?
