I need to replace my latch in my storm door. It has been removed. It is an Emtek 322. Do you have a replacement part?

I need to know if your 40-049 lockset measures 1-1/2" from the middle of the handle to the edge of the strike plate. My old door latch measures that size and I can't find any replacement. Thank you

My Cole Sewell Storm Door Handle is broken. The outside latch comes off. Despite trying to tighten with allen wrench, it is to no avail. As such, it appears to need replacement. Which handle would I need and do you carry it?

Can the Complete Mortise Lockset 40-049 be installed on a 1 and 1/2 inch thick Andersen storm door to replace the original PADO lockset on the door?

I have a Pado lockset (and kick plate) I would like to replace. The existing lockset is pictured it say Pado and Latao. The photos are taken with a tape measure for measurements. I would like to replace with nickel hardware. Thank you in advance.
