Hi, i'm trying to replace this. It says on it Emtek 322. The trim plate screws are 1". and 7 inches apart. It is from a Cole Sewell storm door. i think the door model is 2600. - probably 20+ years old. The door is in good shape but door handle doesn't work. can you help me? Thanks, Dave ... (cont.)

Will the 40-089 fit in the old cylinder hole in the original Pado mortise lock set? I lost the keys to a set of storm doors and this seems to be a good way to replace just the lock instead of buying a new mortise set. What are your thoughts?

From another website, I determined this was a Papaiz 323 with a 7/8" backset. Looking for a black or brown or antique bronze lockset with a very plain straight handle like Schlage Lattitude. Are there any alternatives that can easily replace the PAPAIZ 323 (40-049)? I absolutely hate the handle style, which is why my main (only) entrance storm door has been without a handle for more than 3 years. Thank you.

The locking mechanism will lock when turning the knob and get stuck where it will not unlock again even with a key.

THE DOOR HANDLE IS FOR A COLE SEWELL STORM DOOR ALL GLASS FRONT. THE HANDLE IS COMPLETELY BROKE OFF AND CANNOT SHOW A PICTURE OF THE HANDLE ATTACHED. HOPEFULLY THESE MEASUREMENTS IN THE PHOTOS WILL BE ENOUGH TO HELP IDENTIFY AND REPLACE THE HANDLE.

would this replace the tasman mk3 mortise system lock ? I think the holes are different ... Or is there a way to cover plate for the holes in the door and I could replace it with a different type of lock set.As I have learned recently they stop making tasman lock mk3. but my door is already drilled ... The manufacturer of the door is "Elmont." The handle and lock is from the Wright manufacturing company. The numbers on the silver metal plate on the inside door jam is 96337. I would like the handle in bronze like the original one is. Is there a replacement part for this handle? This one is all pitt ... (cont.)
