these are from an aluminum single pane single hung window from around 1995. Each window has one at each corner. Without the face guides, the windows are sloppy. They are approximately 1-1/8 x 1/2 x 3/16, except its a little over 1-1/8, and a little less than 3/16, which makes me think it's metric. ... (cont.)

They appear to be nylon and sit at the edge of the lower window in a groove. I circled the item of concern in red. Better BILT is the manufacturer but have since gone out of business.

Hi, I've got these small clips I need to replace on the face of the window. I don't know what they are called, but the clips are located on the face of the window pointing into the room.

Hey there, have a house full of 1989 Milgard aluminum windows with lower lift sashes. They are all in bad shape and I am replaceing all of the balancers. Some are missing the part in the picture which seems to cause them to scrape in the channel. Do you sell these? Thanks!

I need to replace multiple balances for CGI windows. I live in coastal florida and the existing spiral balances have essentially corroded into powder. There are four of these on each window in a high-rise 30 year old building. Several are missing and the window is able to flex side to side which I need to stop it is a small plastic white square with a screw in the center as pictured

Needing 4 each of these plastic parts shown in these pictures for my Alenco windows
