I'm looking for these little square side supports

I have a window that is missing both of these plastic piece (see picture). These seem to keep the window completelly vertical and do not allow the window to swing sideways into the side-tracks when sliding it up or down. No markings of any kind on window that I could see. I think this is what is called a spiral balance shoe? Its at the base of the window and holds the Spiral Balances in place. I am not sure what the model or brand is on the window I believe it is from the 80s. I don't think it maters but I believe the spiral balance replacements are the 29" Series ... (cont.)

What is the function of the face guide on a non tilting window?

I'm attaching some photos of my spiral balances from 1961 aluminum windows. Can you tell me what the best replacement is for the balance itself as well as for the shoes? Note the clip on plastic that keeps the window in the channel. Thanks!

I live on the fifth floor. I took one spiral balance out to make sure I ordered the correct replacements. What I want to know is what are these black 3/4 x 1/4 inch blocks on the window?

I have aluminum frame sash widows. The name on the latch says Phillips Industries. There are 4 on each widow to keep it centered in the frame. I need 16 of these for four windows. Are these available?Thank you. Tom
