I have Better Bilt windows in my 1994 house and I am missing the Clips that I believe help keep the window in the track. These clips would be in the sides of the face of the windows. These parts are at the top of the window. Looks like they are intended to make it difficult to get the window out of the frame from the outside. They have to be removed to lift the window out.

Dear Sirs, I am looking to replace 2 balances that were damaged when they removed from the hung metal window they belonged to. I don't see this style of sash clip on your site. Do you carry it? See attached image. This is a left side bottom clip. It only has a tab on one side not two. The clip measures 3/4" wide,1 1/16" long and 1/2" deep.

I have pulled out my balance and the only thing stamped on the side is 28E USB. The window weighs 28 lbs, the S380 29 looks really close, but top and shoe attachments are tough to be sure it they are correct. Measurements are close. Can you provide any insight?

I'm looking for window glides, the ones that go on the face of the sash and limit lateral movement. They appear to be nylon.

Need 2 replacement channel balances for a Nuair double hung none tilt out window, 1/2 inch wide probably series 380 or 385, 30" in length. The part has a marking of 29-5 LX CMC11. We have Keller windows in our Florida home. Several of the windows are missing a small black window guide/track that keep the window in position. How can I get those replacement parts?
