From what I can tell the stamp says "a 2840". Both sides of the window unit have the rope and hook pulled out from the track. I believe that I need to replace both sides but would like help with the replacement part as well how to remove and replace each side. Any help is greatly appreciated. ... (cont.)

Window balance without end pieces
Our balances are stamped 2840. However, our tilt windows weigh only 20 lbs, and the balances are so strong that the windows are easy to open, but very difficult to close. replacement channel balance 2040
I need to repair and replace a number of channel balances and pivot shoes in an apartment complex. Pictures 1 is the channel balance. It is stamped 2040, is 21 " long, 5/8" deep and 9/16" wide. New turn clip for window screen
Product code 70-014 looks like what i need except i need a 5/16" offset. I have attached pictures of the old turn clip. I can't find any markings on the window or screen to help identify the manufacturer. Thank you in advance for your help.

Delrin bushings
These parts are at the top of the window. Looks like they are intended to make it difficult to get the window out of the frame from the outside. They have to be removed to lift the window out.
