I have received the 67-014 clips for my Better Bilt Windows but I am uncertain on how to install them. Do you have any examples for me

I have Better Bilt windows in my 1994 house and I am missing the Clips that I believe help keep the window in the track. These clips would be in the sides of the face of the windows. I am trying to find some small plastic guides, about 3/4 of an inch, that are attached to the side of the windows to help them slide up and down. The windows are Jordan aluminum single hung windows. I am trying to find replacement parts for my sliding window. The inserts are 1/2" long and around 1/4 wide. Please see attached photos. I have been to Home Depot, they referred me to your website. I don't know who made these windows, purchased this condo 2 years ago.

I WOULD LIKE TO BUY THE LOWER SASH FACE GUIDES THAT INSERT IN THE FOUR (4) CONERS OF THE LOWER SASH AND RIDES ALONG THE INSIDE OF THE JAMB CHANNEL OF A SINGLE HUNG ALUMINUM WINDOW.
