15-167 Pivot Lock Shoe

Attached are pictures of the bottom of my #$ C B.S.I. OT window channel. PLease advise the proper channel for me to purchase to repair the up and down of the tilt in window. Thank you for your assistance.

Trying to find the correct part number. The dimmensions are 1" wide 1/2" deep 2 1/8" high. I have attached a picture.

I have no numbers outside of the KC on the window double hung. I have 16 of these broken in the house and will have to get measurements for exact part size. I ordered and received two of you pivot shoes 15-129. They did not fit and remeasuring the existing ones, they are 2" high, 1 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. Couldn't find it on your website.

I have a window that has been difficult to open and close. Recently when trying to close the window I heard something pop and some plastic fall. The windows are Superseal tilt windows that are no longer made. The channel is 1 1/4 in. The balance shoe is in the channel and there is no cut out to remove it. The picture is of one that is intact. The top metal piece is broken and I want to know if there is a replacement that will fit to hook the ... (cont.)

I can not remove my damaged existing pivots for exact examination until replacements have arrived. This seems closest. Does this pivot "lock" itself in place, so it won't slice up or down, when the window is rotated open and the slot (where the window's pin can be put in) is in the up position? ... (cont.)
