the stamped numbers and letters are 11TGX B.S.I. AK...JPG.295 IS A PICTURE OF WHAT THE PIVOT BAR SLIDES INTO BUT I CAN NOT REMOVE IT ,IT JUST SLIDES UP AND DOWN IN A CHANNEL. I AM ALSO GOING TO NEED NEW PIVOT BARS .THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE. CHARLES

I was hoping you could help me identify the correct replacement shoes and any other tools needed to replace both window shoes?

I couldn't get the images uploaded on your site. This is a Milestone Single Hung window - 27". Also, if the window doesn't stay in the up position, what part(s) do I need to repair? Thanks, Patti

I need 10 pivot foot that look like 15-167 ,178 or 188 BUT have a dimension issue. my foot is 1/2" deep (f-b) by 2 1/8 " (t-b) by 1" (l-r) the 3 units that look like mine are 1 1/4" left-right which is the width of the track it fits into in/on the window. With this pivot lock shoe, the video shows it being used along with a spiral balance charging tool. The tilt sash that I am working with has a corded balance. Is there a special tool that is required for this disassembly and reassembly?
