Hello, I think I ordered the wrong Pivot shoe for a window I have. I just removed the old ones I have and they are:2" long1" wide1/2 inch thickThe ones I ordered wrong are 1 1/4" wideThese windows are about 15 years old. Please let me know what part I need to order. Thank you

Seems this badly mangled shoe is only 1 inch wide. Measures 0.540 depth with dial caliper I've ordered a couple that might work, but still would like your input

My old pivot shore is 1" width, 1/2 "thick and 2 1/16 high And pivot bar is like 26-352 My questions is if I order 15-167 is it going to fit with 26-352, ?? Please help my asap, I need to return old order and put the new orders in.

I found the code number from my broken sash part and none of your replacement parts carry the same number.My code # is 8254.I'm also not sure of the brand of window I have, we purchased them 13 years ago?
