Spiral balance Pivot pin Constant force balance system

Vinyl windows, 18 years old, single slide. the spiral balancer "top" end is malfunctioning on many windows. Swisco, I have two kitchen windows in need of new hardware. There is no brand name on the windows. The swivel balances are 20 inches long with blue tips. The tube diameter looks to be 5/8".
