Attached are 2 pictures of the end of the balance. I cannot identify the Series. It appears the tube diameter is 5/8 inch and the length is 24 inches. Please help me.. I need to purchase at least 4 of these. I want to make sure I get the right balance the first time.. Thanks Chris ... (cont.)

Swisco, I have two kitchen windows in need of new hardware. There is no brand name on the windows. The swivel balances are 20 inches long with blue tips. The tube diameter looks to be 5/8". No markings - really only need that metal part on top of the shoe assembly that holds the spiral spring. But I understand if the whole shoe assembly needs to be replaced.
