hello, i have creation 1000 series windows in my home...dh-c20/dh-c40. i need pivot lock shoes....would your 15-046 be the right replacements?

I need to replace a pivot shoe the measurements are 2" x 1 1/4" x 1/2" thick. Not sure which one to buy. Could you help?
