No markings - really only need that metal part on top of the shoe assembly that holds the spiral spring. But I understand if the whole shoe assembly needs to be replaced. I have several thermo tite windows that the metal tilt in swivels have broken. These swivels accept the square metal posts on the bottom sides of the windows. How do i replace these and with which part?

Thanks for your help! I have Alcoa single hung windows that have problem spiral balances, either locked up after 6 in of travel or making noise when closing the window.
