I am looking for a pivot shoe for a block-and-tackle sash. The window is a Westminster/BE 38 × 60 29WN380600HNND 13411012-1 The closest dimensions I could get of the shoe were roughly 1.5" wide by 2" tall with a channel depth of roghtly 7/16ths

I have a NEWPRO window that needs a couple pivot shoes. As you can see by the attached picture it shows one that the shoe is good and has the spiral balance assemble attend to it. Window issue

I cannot find markings on windows and I can't get the sash to come out of frame so can't get a better picture. Trying to fix and determine parts as the window will not stay up.
