Pivot shoes I'm trying to replace

Attached are images of the pivot shoes I'm trying to replace for my spiral balance double hung windows. The old pivot shoe fragment measures 1.25 inches across. I'm not able to figure out what brand are my windows unfortunately.

trying to identify spiral balances

the length is 28 7/8", lower window sash is 18 lbs, 3/8" diameter but the tube is white plastic and looks like the tip may be white and inside the tube when the spiral is closed. Looks white when fully extended. Can you help me identify what i need?

hello im trying to fix 2 windows for a customer of mine. i beleive they are simonton. i need 4 spiral balancers, 4 shoes, 4 pivot bars. windows are 47x47 vinyl double hung insulated glass. parts are for the lower sash only for both windows.

I am looking for a pivot shoe for a block-and-tackle sash. The window is a Westminster/BE 38 × 60 29WN380600HNND 13411012-1 The closest dimensions I could get of the shoe were roughly 1.5" wide by 2" tall with a channel depth of roghtly 7/16ths
