I am looking for the correct lock shoes for my American Craftsman series 8500 double hung windows. The shoe is basically 2 inches from top to bottom, 11/4 inches from side to side and roughly 17/32 inches from front to back.

What pivot shoe is this?

This is the pivot shoe that I'm looking for. I thought 15-118 would work. My shoe is 9/16th x 1.25" x 2.190" my question is do you have the exact shoe or would 15-118 do the trick? Pls advise .

35" long 5/8 wide balance, the twist mechanism and the pivot bar . Could you recommend the proper parts could not remove the parts because I need the windows in place and if the parts break it won't fit back in

I have an aluminum frame tilting window that wont stay up. I recently replaced the spiral balances with two 3/8" W 16" L blue tip balances but it didnt solve the issue.
