I'm looking to purchase around 12 DH-R30 Window Metal Spring Posts for the windows in my house. 6 of them are 33" long and 6 of them are 27" long.

The framework between the glass panes is repeatedly stamped "SAI" and "88". The latches that release the pane are marked "Tilt Safe (Pat. Pending)" Is this a Season All window?

Hello, We discovered a broken pivot shoe on one of double hung windows. The bottom piece that retains the balance spring in the middle slot of the pivot shoe is broken so it keeps slipping out. Windows have spiral balances and plastic shoes. Some shoes seem to be broken and will not hold the balance in place. The flat end of the balance has two raised bumps that seem to fit above and below the shoe probably to keep the balance from moving vertically once seated in the shoe. windows were in ... (cont.)
