my spiral balance for my vinyl window appears orange. its a 3/8" tube diameter and a 29" length. The windows shouldn't be very heavy since they only measure about 31"x34" and are 5/8" thick insulated glass. Should I just order the red ones?

I purchased 26-369 but it is the wrong size. Original part is longer and has 3 holes equally spaced. Also has number 6240 stamped on it. Length is 3 1/8 inch. Is replacing a pivot shoe in an aluminum frame the same procedure as your cut out video showing a vinyl frame pivot shoe replacement? please review the attached picture. What you don't see is the fact that the part where the window attaches sticks out about an half of an inch. Looks exactly like part number 15-048.

Looking for an identification on this. It does not look like the ones listed. There is a metal piece with hooks to go around the pin on these. The channel opening is roughly 1" to 1 1/4" wide and ~1/2" deep. THe sash is 20lbs and the end of the spiral tilt balance is blue.

My shoe measures 2 1/32 x 1 3/16 x 17/32 (HxWxD). 15-129 looks like a match but has slightly different dimensions. 15-015 and 15-152 also look like good candidates.
