please review the attached picture. What you don't see is the fact that the part where the window attaches sticks out about an half of an inch. Looks exactly like part number 15-048.

Looking for an identification on this. It does not look like the ones listed. There is a metal piece with hooks to go around the pin on these. The channel opening is roughly 1" to 1 1/4" wide and ~1/2" deep. THe sash is 20lbs and the end of the spiral tilt balance is blue.

Please advise which part no to order for replacing this balance. the tip is red. the length is 24". diameter 3/8"

Hi trying to fix my windows. believe i need the 15-015 pivot. Would you agree. Also need some of the pivot arms, the spiral tool and the jamb spreader. Need 50 of the balance shoes. Thanks!

My shoe measures 2 1/32 x 1 3/16 x 17/32 (HxWxD). 15-129 looks like a match but has slightly different dimensions. 15-015 and 15-152 also look like good candidates. My spiral balance measures 28" long x 15/32 diameter. The nylon tip is white. The sash weighs 40 lbs. The only balances I see ... (cont.)

I used 11 inch Series 900, WHITE tip replacement parts on a small but heavy window in 2009, it's still fine. This size is no longer on your website. Another identical window now won't stay up. The bottom half of the window tilts inward, top half does not tilt. Please advise. Thank you ... (cont.)

Spiral balance Pivot pin Constant force balance system

Vinyl windows, 18 years old, single slide. the spiral balancer "top" end is malfunctioning on many windows. Don t know how to remove shoes from track. Need instructions as well as parts. I hope this is enough info. Contractor installed Windows. Home built in 1995.
