Hi I am looking at replacing these sash units because my windows are all falling down when I try to open them, and I cannot keep them open on their own. Wondering if you can help me with replacement parts and a how to, for replacing these?

my spiral balance for my vinyl window appears orange. its a 3/8" tube diameter and a 29" length. The windows shouldn't be very heavy since they only measure about 31"x34" and are 5/8" thick insulated glass. Should I just order the red ones?

I purchased 26-369 but it is the wrong size. Original part is longer and has 3 holes equally spaced. Also has number 6240 stamped on it. Length is 3 1/8 inch. Is replacing a pivot shoe in an aluminum frame the same procedure as your cut out video showing a vinyl frame pivot shoe replacement?
