75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

when i open my window, they make a springing noise at the point where they should stop. The will usually raise several inches than they should. What do i need to do to fix this?

I am looking for replacement pivot shoe parts Thank you

I have single tilt widows and these pieces broke i believe this it the end on the sash support with the rectangle inside the circle it closely resembles a 900 series you carry i would also like to replace the sash supports as well

Have old Amcor windows throughout house. One sash had seal compromised so I removed it. While doing it one spiral balance (on right side - the white shoe) came out of pivot shoe. My NuPrime windows are hard to open. While trying to get the spiral metal piece out of one side of one window, I broke the plastic piece at the bottom that the retention screw fastens to. Can this be replaced? Are there instructions for replacing the part and for adjusting the springs? ... (cont.)

I am searching for Traco TR-5000 balance shoe, sash plunger, sash plunger hook and sash plunger springs. Do you happen to have any of these in stock? What would the prices be on each if you do have them?

I measured the length of the balance spring tube from end to just before the blue color tip and it's 28.25". See attached photo. The sash weighs 22.5 lbs and the tube is 5/8". The spring on one side broke and as a result I need to replace both window balances. My house is 19 years old and these are the original windows. I bought the spiral balance charging tool from Swisco but I cannot remove the spiral balance from the pivot lock shoe. Please see attached photo. I need to replace some of these balances and recharge others but I am having trouble removing the balance.
