Patriot Window Spiral Balance
Thanks for the great video. I am having a difficult time getting any guidance on Patriot single sash widows. I know the spiral balance is adjustable, and a few of my windows refuse to stay open. Is the procedure for Patriot windows the same, and which tool is appropriate?

Does my spiral balance need to be adjusted?
How can you tell if the balancer needs cleaned/adjusted versus replaced? Several hard to raise/lower windows and all have those balancers. When I take it apart, what am I looking for? Thanks for the great site and info!
