15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

The coil balance is just under 2-1/2" and I think it's part #15-177. My boss wanted to send the coil in to see how much weight it holds. We’re not sure. It’s 1/2" wide. Also, the pivot bar is shorter than the pivot bar I found on your website. The pivot bar I’m trying to order is 2-11/16" l ... (cont.)

Need to find the part included in the pic. I do not know the window manufacturer. Dimensions that I calculated are an 1 1/4 wide by 9/16 deep by 1 5/8 tall. Windows are vinyl double hung tilt in.

I have double hung tilt windows from Alside in the house I had built 9 years ago. Recently the top sash dropped in one set. I have Alside Excalibur windows. The coil balance has broke on both jambs. I can not find a weight etched on the coil. The only thing that is on it is a lower case k. I recentlt purchased 15-105 for my windows but realized when i took my locks out they were not an exact match.I have sent several photos to beter help describe them,the windows were made in 1999 and 2000 they are harvey cont. windows i beleive.I would appreciate any help you can provide so i can pur ... I did watch your video on how to change out the coil balance which seems pretty simple. In your video your tracks have cut outs in them my do not. Should I make the cuts like the ones in the video in order to get the coil and pivot lock show out? Also I have enclosed some pictures as I still cannot ... (cont.)

I need help getting these replacement parts for our broken window sashes. the cams inside are shaped like a horseshoe and are broken to pieces.

When I tilt my windows in to clean, the sash bar knob breaks off. It almost seems like the pivot lock shoe is froze(immobile). The tag on my window says Willmar Windows LTD number 298 U-0.35-98. I have many windows in a bldg that have this style of balance. I have torn these windows down and cannot find an MFG. Measurements as follows 1-1/4" X 1-3/8" (nom) center roller is 3/4" see pictures Any help would be nice. Looking for a vendor. Thank You

there is a screw into one side of shoe holding it into place, how do I access this screw in order to remove the shoe to replace it with the new 15-177 shoe
