I have a standard Newpro double-hung window with spiral balances that was blown in by a high wind. Frame and glass are fine, but a part of the balance array cracked. One of the photos shows the broken piece. The other shows the piece still in tact on the opposite side.

Have a broken pivot shoe on an Alside brand double hung window circa 2007.

Hi, I am looking for the equivalent replacement for my Larson window. I have the sashes in my cart 19C size. Both pivot bars are snapped. Holes are 1" apart, and the overall length is 2 3/4. Please let me know if this is something you have. Thank you!
