81-020 Sliding Door Roller, 1-1/2" Concave BB Wheel

About 1 9/16 tall and 11/16 wide and 2 11/16 long and about 1 1/2 roller

This roller says GACO 4030H....House was built in 1998 in South Florida. A Swisco rep suggested two items (81-132 and 81-298) but neither picture aligns with what I have. The wheel adjustment screw on mine, is on the bottom and the mounting screw is on the top. Both pictures you sent are the opposit ... (cont.)

I found a replacement wheel at my Home Depot, Barton-Kramer 461 Crown/Lawson Roller ASSA. Even though the dimensions were correct this replacement had 3 pimples and 1 half pimple on the sides. I was able to fit this in place however the 3 pimples spread the bottom rail to a point where it could no ... (cont.)

I cannot find anything on the door or the rollers that indicate the manufacturer. I need to replace a pair of rollers for two bypassing doors (4 total). Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

Looking for replacements for 2 rollers

Am having a hard time sourcing the correct roller replacement. I have tried most 1 1/2 replacement and end up being to tall to fit and have tried most 1 1/4 rollers and they are to small for the opening. My wheel assembly is identical to the 81- 020 but the wheel is nylon instead. Do you have a model that has a nylon wheel with the same dimensions? Thank you Douglas.

Hi have an 8 ft sliding glass door - we built the house in 1984 it says guardian - and its a single roller - looks much like either your 81-020 or 81-024. perhaps you have more insight. i dont have a picture

Started to have trouble opening my sliding glass door. Felt like metal on metal. I've had trouble finding the right rollers assemblies as mine are all rusted out. I also need a new bottom door seal.
