we purchased a home that was built in the 70's. It has large sliding glass doors that open out to a deck. The handle on the door that the other door locks into has broken. It has a wooden handle. The inside handle is wooden but the metal part that screws to the door is gray. On the outside, the handle is white. On the outside handle it says SASHCONTROLSINC with the number PT 1963 and then a number 2 a little farther down. The metal part is broken and I need to replace it. Thanks! ... (cont.)

Hi I purchased a Patio Door Keeper, 1/2" Wide from Swisco a while back. (89-007) When I installed it, the lock on the door got stuck on the keeper. I could not move the lock to open the door. I had to unscrew the handle set to open the door. Does this mean I should also replace the sliding door hand ... (cont.)

I have 4 sets of Patio Doors. They were most likely installed in the early to mid 90's. I don't see any markings on them. I've included 4 pictures. I hope you can help me find a replacement handle.

See the pictures. It's a patio handle kit with latches (and no keys). I believe it's your kit numbered #82-003 based on the dimensions. In need of a new door handle for sliding glass door. Was told that the swisco handle model number 82-003 is the replacement for my old model allen stevens model #4392. Please advise.

The holes for the handle are 3 15/16 in. apart. The cut on the door for the snip is at the center of the handle, about 1.5 in long. the door width of the patio door is about 1.5 in.
