The latch snapped off our patio door. I've shown the picture and measurement of the latch plate. The inner cartridge is Anderson and the # is 2565507.Thanks for checking into this.Brilliant of you to use technology to make this process easier.Jan

I need replacement parts for patio door lock made by Anderson Window. It's an old door. The lock is stamped with 2573558 and another number 7700-14. The latch has no numbers on it. The receiver works fine. I just need the correct part numbers to order those 2 parts. Thanks!

This is an Anderson door at least 20 years old. It is not brass and not nickel....the insides need replaced also. What do I order ?

I have an Andersen sliding door with a reach-out type lock. There is a set screw in the receiving end to adjust the catch. That set screw fell out after too many kids' door slams, and now the door latch does not catch. I am 99% certain I only need to replace the set screw. Do you carry this part? ... (cont.)

Thanks for posting. This looks like the keeper that comes with the 82-037 Andersen Deadlock Assembly. Unfortunately, Andersen does not supply us the keeper separate from the deadlock. Take a look at the keeper on the product page and see what you think.
