I am looking for 2 replacement parts for my Andersen windows. The first is a lock for my sliding patio door and the second is a lock for my casement window.

We are new owners of a multi unit and need new replacement locking devices for the Andersen sliding glass door pictured below.

Product# 510; Part# 1971250; Product ID# 121-080429-60619 After approximately 6 years the locking device sticks and it is hard to lock. I have to keep trying for 5-10 minutes before it will lock. Can you provide a replacement Part#.

I'm ordering 88-013 and 82-043 in white, but I also need 4 new white screws to go with them. My original screws are 2 1/8" end to end, but are stone colored, matching the old hardware. Does the tribeca latch replace this one? The screw to screw holes are about 2 3/4 inches apart.

ID on handle - c-7442-5. IDs on plate - 7442-3 and 7442 - 4

7442-3 is on the inside of the latch I think i the door was installed in 1998. Thank you.

I need to replace this sliding glass door with a new thumb latch and reach out lock. I am not sure what type to order. The latch has 2 holes, 4" apart. The lock has 3 holes, the top and middle are spaced 2" apart, the middle and bottom are spaced 2 1/2" apart. Any input would be appreciated. Than ... (cont.)

Hello the only identifying marks are on the door. PS11 6L OPER Are the sliding door locks all universal?

I have 2 of these Andersen sliding doors, circa 1983. The inside mechanism will not turn to lock the door. A friend removed the lock and it is frozen. Do you have replacement parts?

Here is a pict of the part, the # is C-7442-3 or 5, I can't read the last number, I also submitted the same info without the pict.
