We need to order the lock mechanism for our sliding glass door handles. The information on the the brass handle is US Patent 512703. Also #D340398. It says 2303 Taiwan at top.Is the Morise Lock Round # 82-218 what we need to fix?Thanks,Janet

Looking for replacement rollers.

My mortoise lock fell inside of my patio sliding door when i loosened it up. I have no way to match it up with my door handle set which I believe are Swisco. I'm thinking that my set is 82-086 with key lock. Can you offer me the matching mortoise lock part number? Thank you

I don't have a picture of the lock, as it fell through the door. But the hole measures 3 1/8, and I've tried 3 11/16 and it doesn't fit. It's too large.

The handles and mortiee are gone and need replacement. The handle screws are 3 15/16" apart, 1 1/4" The mortise screws are 3 3/4" apart The mortise is 3 1/8"

The door lock doesn't retrieve. It just stays inside the door.
