I am trying to verify if part number 82-218 would be the replacement for the mortise in my attached three photos. Mortise lock fell in door. When trying to replace. Lock we bought did not work from Lowe's. So now need new lock all of it..need asap as this is my dads house and selling but need this lock before inspection any help greatly appreciateJeff
