Hi, looking for brand and model number of this patio door handle and lock mechanism so that it can be replaced as the handle fell off and lock doesn't actually work.

I have tried two or three different mechanisms for this particular sliding door. None are thin enough to go into the slot. And any suggestions?The biggest problem I have is that when we unscrew the old one, it fell into the door frame!

I installed the 82-086 yesterday. I tried to lock it with the key & I can barely turn the key. It's so tight trying to turn it. I'm worried I'll break the key off in the lock. How do I fix this?

Each time the door is locked, the "bolt" doesn't flip out and lock into place. So even though the door appears to be locked, it's not. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the handle/lock handle or the locking mechanism itself. Thanks!

Thanks for identifying the mortise lock for my Reliabilt 300 sliding glass door. Please let us know the part number and if it is a vertical or 45 degree keyway.Does the keyway position make a difference? Mins is broken so it goes either way. Thanks

On my handle it has Vanguard, US D421380. The keyhole is offset and looks similar to one you sell. I may try to call you tomorrow. I need something ASAP.

Need a new lock for patio door, but don't know the model or manufacturer. When I flip the lock-lever, the latch does not work correctly, so can't lock the door.
