I am assuming the spring is broken inside, since the hook piece will come out but not easily. it is a key lock and flipper lock, probably 15yrs or more old.The door is 1 3/4 wide.The length of mortise plate area is 3 1/8.Can you tell me the correct replacement part.Thank you for your time,Lori ... I ordered what I thought were replacement parts and they do not work. I ordered from you the 82-218 Mortise lock, round and the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set 3 15/16" (white). Order #2375580. Hi, This is the latch to the very old sliding glass patio door we have. It is .48" wide, 1.11" deep, 3.18" tall, and 3.66" between screw holes. There's no model or serial, just the W&F MFG stamp. See attached Photo, your Legacy 82-089 handles will work for us, however some of our locks use a Square Peg vs a flat peg to operate the lock. Does the Legacy style come with the square peg or is there another handle set that does. Or Can we purchase the handle sets and buy square pegs seperately. ... (cont.)
