Hi, The lever (in the up, unlocked position in the photos) has lost its tension. The door is still lockable but I think the mechanism needs replacing before it completely fails. Can you direct me to its replacement parts?Thank you, Sam

The sliding glass door was installed circa 2002 in Durango Colorado. I can upload more photos if you will let me know how to upload more than the limit on the query. Can you help me find replacements for all parts or perhaps suggest a new complete handle set.

The locking mechanism on this lock recently broke, and I'm having trouble trying to find a replacement

I have 2 of these doors, I believe they are milgard. One is missing everything inside the mortise cavity. The mounting cradle, the lock and the faceplate. Can you help?John

Good Afternoon, The knob on the interior for this sheared off, and even before then the lock was seemed to only be able to latch close inconsitently. Looking to replace the mortise lock, and the whole handle if needed. Measurements are: 3-11/16: screw to screw, 1/2" wide, ~3-3/16 on the interior r ... (cont.)

I'd like to change out the handle on this sliding glass door to one with an outside key lock SERIES: 4000/4002/4003/4004/4006 AAMA/ NWWDA 101/ I.S. 2-97 SGD-R20-96x80 Is there a part available to accomplish this?

Hello, the plastic push up/down lever is aged and cracked inside and unable to operate the lock. Do you have any replacement parts with 5-1/2 inch center to center holes? I'm finding everything but the 5-1/2 inch. The handle and latch are fine.

Am trying to find out what exactly I need to replace the whole door latch. We moved into this place and no door latch. Hopefully someone can help. Thankyou. Patricia

The spring inside of this broke which does not keep the lock tight when trying to secure the lock. Looking for a replacement but I can't seem to find any identifying marks on this or the door itself.

Do you sell this mortise lock? It's a 3" x .05" oval mortise lock for my sliding patio door. I know there are many 3 3/16" mortise locks out there but that is too big. The 3/16" extra does not fit. Appreciate your help.
