Good afternoon, I would like to replace the handles and locking mechanism. I will also send pictures installed.

Looking for the latching mechanism its marked as 2260 sash controls. the instruction sheet has 2262 on the top of the sheet. I think the latch spring has broken loose and the latch stays in the housing. Do you have a replacement part?

Inside handle broke and I need a replacement. Looking for part to buy or help? Please let me know what options I have.

Looking for a keyed outside lock for this sliding patio door. Unable to find a match

The door is wood and approx 1.25" thick. The only identifiable parts are the latch mech in the door labeled with Adams Rite Mfg, and the mortise plate with the pd logo. The inside thumb latch broke off the shaft that turns the latch. The internals are fine, just need handles that will work with th ... (cont.)

I'm looking to replace the lock set on a Simonton sliding door. The door was purchased/installed in 1999. I believe it is a model P5RO Lear K0082. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm looking for a replacement sliding door handle and lock for the attached. I've no idea where I purchased them but it is no longer working as it should. To the extent that the plate in the door is standard (Sliding Door 2), I'd probably be interested in a newer model. Thanks.

The lock on my Sash Controls 2260 is not working. Markings 2260 Taiwan, US Patent 5125703D340398, Sash Controls Ferndale MI. Please let me know how to order the correct part. John

On the back of the handle on both side there is a few numbers,on top 2265,us patent 5125703 then D 340398 .please can you let me know which door handle can matches my old one and if 82-086 is a match.thanks for your help
