Can you please identify my lock and parts. The mortise section is definitly broke. Im not sure if replacing the entire lock and mortise assy is cost effective due to it being 20 plus years old as per the previous home owner...? Please price it both ways. I'm looking for a sliding glass patio door lock - current lever lock shown in attached pics - but I would like to get one with an external key lock if that's an option.
