Hi, Our sliding door handle set is keyless. We would like to get a pin pad or keyed replacement. We would really like to have a smart lock one, but not sure there is one made like ours. Can you help?

I am trying to install this lock and need assistance. Do I have to cut the part that I've circled in my photos, if so how do I cut it ? It is too long and everything else on the door fits great.

My outdoor handle looks similar to the one in the video. I'd like to add a keyed lock. The door is 1" thick. I punched out the hole, but have been unable to find a lock to fit.

The interior latch functions intermittently (part that secures it in place appears to be broken) and the key cylinder housing is missing the part that secures it in place. The lock works with some cajoling but need replacement bits if available.

When I tried to replace my broken mortise lock, it fell into my sliding door. And now I don't know what kind of mortise lock to replace it with. I bought one that has the right length, but doesn't fit into the opening. Please help! Thanks.
