I have handle 82-086 from you. I'm trying to determine if I can buy something like 82-226 or 82-227 to get the current handle to work since I broke of the extensions. Or if I need to buy handle 82-030A and just not worry about the lock mortise.

I unfortunately do not have any photos of the lock body removed, any help you're able to provide is appreciated. This is a customer we are working with, the hook bolt is not consistently catching the strike, we've tried adjusting the strike but feel there may be another issue There were no markings ... (cont.)

Mortise lock fell in door. When trying to replace. Lock we bought did not work from Lowe's. So now need new lock all of it..need asap as this is my dads house and selling but need this lock before inspection any help greatly appreciateJeff

Sliding glass door handle. Sh72-2 and sh-72-1. The locking mechanism no longer works.

Not sure of brand of door it's roughly 19 years old. Don't know what the latch looked like. Any help would be appreciated.
