We recently purchased a Cottage Condo in Gallatin, TN that was built in approx 2005. The sunroom has windows that slide horizontally to open (14 latches) and the remaining windows open by tilting inward or lifting vertically (14 latches). They all appear to have identical latches. Have air leaks and some between upper/lower sashes along with the lower sash where a fiber and possibly bulb seal is. Second story windows have bulb style and lower has grey fiber style.

I would like to know which one to lock I need to replace the one

My windows are 17 yrs old. M&I no longer carry these Parts. Hopefully the pics will help .. I need a pair of Balances for ea. window (2) windows only are bad .Also the pic of the lock mechanism to unlock and Be able to tilt. Thanks. Scott

Could anyone tell me what lock could be used as a replacement? The size appears to be 2 1/4 inches but is sheared off on the actual latch.

Hello, I'd like to replace these latches on the top of my single hung windows. These do not seem to tilt out. The windows are metal frame. I do not have any manufacturer info, but the house was built in about 1990 and these are original. Thank you so much! Erick

Help with identifying parts on your website. Window lock measure 2-3/4 long and pivot bar 2-1/2 I see there are two pivot bars that length. Which one matches my window? Thanks
