I have a nuprime window with the 2 channel balances that I need. It is 16.5 inches long. The number 1620 is stamped on the side of the balance. it is 1/2 inch wide. I cannot find anything that is 16.5 inches long on your site. HELP!!!!

Enter rental house to find all 4 channel balance and lock broken. Attach are photos of what is left of balance and good lock from another window. Also, do you selll sashes? I have 3 lower sashes with moisture between the panes of glass. Thank you for your help.

Somehow we lost the screws for the nuprime window sweep lock 1-1/4", part 90-042, and the face mount keeper 7-8", part 90-041 Can you tell me the size of the screws needed for both parts? Thank you

i bought the 90-041 and 90-042. The grab rail thing on the sweep sits twoo high to engage the keeper. It hits the keeper and won't lock the window. All of the other holes match. The windows are old so I can't drill new holes. I just want the keeper to be a little higher.

hi first question do you need 2 channel balances on each window? I had taken out lower sash per video, but there are no chann,el balances on either side there was one at one time but it has been misplaced ,I cannot find it . There are no markings or model type . I recently purchased a home that has Nuprime windows. There are a few that won't stay up when I open them. Can I repair these windows with replacement parts? And if so, what parts do I need? Thank you!

I need two of the 1 5/8" sash locks, and Channel balances 34 1/2" 6 32" 2 The balances are odd size don't know if I should get the shorter ones or the longer ones( the ones that are 341/2
