Hi, we have several Atherm slider windows with the 90-139 locks. The locking mechanism moves up and down on two of them but the windows just will not open. We have tried forcing them but still seem like they are hanging up where the lock is. Any ideas?

Hello, I ordered a new 90-139 lock for my window. I know how to remove the window. Will the lock just slide out so I can replace it? Thanks, Paul

My home has ATERM sliding windows. All but 2 slide open from left to right when unlocked in the lower right. However, 2 windows do not slide open.
