Our house has Pella Designer Series Double Hung windows that were installed in mid '90s to early '00s. There are two different style of sash locks (pictures attached) One has #45105 and the other has #45254 on the underside of the lock. Both styles showing either deformation or cam wear. Looking ... We believe these parts may be designated 017VD000 - Pella Lock & Strike Pkg, Champagne (1995-2004). Each part is 2-1/4" wide. We actually only need the strike if that is sold separately. Thank you for your help!!

I need several Pella double hung window lock keepers. I have the locks, just missing the keepers. 2 1/4 inches in length.

hi, Im missing three latch and keeper sets and it looks like 90-298 lock will replace the original Crestline but the 909-282 keeper is quite different than the one on my Crestline window....About an inch wider. Thoughts?!!

To whom it May Concern: I am searching for 4Ea replacement window sash locks..they are 1 3/4 inches wide and are RECESSED into the frame of the window. They have the name Pella on the piece you use to open the lock. Could you send me pictures and prices on anything you have like that ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm looking to replace (3) Pella Locks and Keepers. The lock looks typical...but the keeper is recessed into the sash. I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. Any advice? Thank you, Mike

I need to replace two broken pella locks. The 90-213 matches up with the current holes. If I were to order the 90-243, would there be any difficulty other than to drill new holes to match up with the 90-243 specs?
