I need four brackets.

I have single hung PGT Impact windows. The toral Length of this white sleeve is 31 1/2 inches by about 9/16ths. I guess it could be 5/8ths. The number stamped on the white plastic sleeve is 31-44 JA ultra lift

Dear Madam or Sir, please check out the attached images. I would need 2 window balances for a non-tilt window, as well as the brackets since those seem to be bent. I have never seen this type of channel Nancee before. Balancer is disconnected I believe. I'm trying to repair and am a loss

Existing part is marked "30-44 GC Ultra-lift" 30.5" long, 5/8 " in diameter.

Hi i recently purchashed a set of series 500 balances. i measured the top balances as a starting point. 21" is the top balances lengthes for the top pane so i ordered that size. I am looking to replace a spiral balance on 2 windows. The windows were custom made about 5 years ago, but the company is no longer in business. I was hoping you had the replacement.
