how to install ultra lift balance

Window measures 51.75w / 49.75 h single hung. I need the parts for bottom of sash to attach the lift springs to. And stainless screws I have the lift springs.

I need help identifying. Does not have a shoe but has a metal tab that mounts to bottom side of sash. Non tilting window.

I have two windows that are about 100 years old. The go up but don't stay up. I have been told their balancer should be changed. I was wondering if your window balance bracket will work for my windows.

Spring that seems to function similar to spiral balances but I cannot loosen or tighten the tension. It has a green tip and even when fully engaged with the sash, it doesnt hold the window up.

Let me know what you can find out. Also there's a flat bracket underneath. And a white plastic halfpipe around it for good looks. 34 1/5"
