S350-30 30" Series 350 Channel Balance

I have two problems with the channel balances on my Seal Craft windows. 1. Some of the balances do not stick with the window. They either stay in one place or move up and down the track some but not in sync with the window. Is there some way that they are supposed to click into the window it ... (cont.)

need window channel balance, width 1/2in, length 30 in. the 350 series appears to be the right choice however cannot determine if the 15-004 shoe and 19-002 top match mine. stamp reads 29 9 nl bsi. also is there anything else i may need to complete the replacement thanks

I have 6 windows and only one has a window channel. It has a stamp on it 2930 but when I weighed the window it is 32.2 lbs. Should I stay with the 2930 or get the 2950?

I ordered 2-s350-30 window channels for my non-tilt metal window. It does not fit(too long). I had no room to install the clips. I am not sure about the top and the shoe pieces. I have included 2 pictures of each. Please help me identify them. I need 2 Channel balances,one 12" and one 30". They both have the same tops and shoes.

Your 30" (30 inch) Series 350 Channel Balance webpage provides a selection called "options" on the same page (see below. What are these "options"? I'm not sure if I need to choose one; my chnnel balance has "293" stamped on it; does this mean I should select "2930"? George M. Option: ... (cont.)

On my previous order I purchased 3 S350-30 Balances that were for my stamped "2920" balances~ I Installed a pair on 1 window, but when I open the window all the way up, it slides down 6 inches. Is it possible I can purchase for another window a pair of Balances with a "stronger spring" ... (cont.)

Hello, Does the whole Channel come comeplete with the "Cord" & "Terminal Clip" complete, as well as the upper a lower Top & Bottom Guide ? The Channel is stamped "2930" ~~Thank you for your help, best wishes, Joe
