I want to identify the exact type to replace , it says 31C on the old one

My main issue is that the left balance has disconnected from the sash because of a tear in the sash catching on the metal clip of the balance's cord. I believe the balance is this one: https://www.swisco.com/32-inch/pd/Series-350-Channel-Balances/S350-32 But I am not sure of the weight. The stamp clearly says "31 C" as shown in the photo, but the actual length of the balance is 32". This is 32" only for the metal part, not including the plasti ... (cont.)

The balance is 32" long, there is a punch stamp that says 31C. Pretty sure it's the S350-32 not quite sure of the weight rating.

Channel balance have the following stamped on it: 31 3 GV cmc 7 Only the cord is broken, but I think I need to order a new channel balance to replace the old. Do you have the part with the above number?
