Please confirm the correct replacement part. I have non-tilt windows and have recently replaced all the channel balances, S 390-24 w/ shoe 15-001 (1 1/8 inch shoe).

Two views are of the sash guides I need and the third view is of both the one I need and the I ordered. I'd like to return the ones that don't fit.

I have replaced my channel balances on many of my windows. I noticed some broken/ missing top guides. I need help identifying replacements. There are too many to choose from on the website. see attached pictures.

Hello, Looking to replace these old ballasts. I have 6 windows that have this size ballast. Smaller windows - I can measure but first wanted to figure out the right hardware. I'm a GC but this is for my own condo. Thanks, Nathan

Hello I have recently purchased 20 balances and realized some of my top sash guides are broken. I will be attaching photos and can supply any measurements you need.

These have a screw in side. They are plastic and I need one right and one left.

Windows are from a home built in the late 80s, I'm unsure if these are original. Most of mine are in pretty rough condition but this appears complete.
