Looking to replace a pair of channel balances. The action to open or close the window is still too heavy after taking the window apart and thoroughly cleaning and lubricating the surfaces. The channels are both is 14 inches in length The width of both channels is 1/2 inch. Non-tilt windows Are S351-14,1320 and 1330 the right replacements? Thank you so very much for your help. Nancy

This balance is for a single hung window. the movable vent is 24" wide x 18" high

We measured the metal part at 14" but with the plastic part at top it's 15" we want to replace it with the same part. Please advise.

The bathroom window won't stay up and this guide is no longer connected. on the back of the part are the numbers: 13 3 GK CALDWELL. Note that one end seems to have the plastic broken.

Hi Laura. This looks like either a S351-14 or S390-14.The only difference between these two balance Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The depth is the measurement from the heel-to-toe of the shoe at its widest point, just beneath and perpendicular to where the metal channel ends. The S ... (cont.)
