S351-18 18" Series 351 Channel Balance

This is a new question. Good afternoon. I want to order the correct 1/2" channel balances and parts for my windows, but identifying some of them is a little tricky. The house was built in 1979. The balances look like either the 351 or 390 series, but i can't tell for sure. The lengths are 24" stam ... (cont.)

I am interested in your series 351 channel balances with a 19-002 top guide and 15-002 shoe. One type of balance I need is labeled "B.S.I. 1720" where the metal section measures 17.25 inches long. Another type I need is "B.S.I. 2930" where the metal section measures 29.25 inches. Question: Do you s ... (cont.)

The overall length of metal section is 18". Width where spring is housed is 9/16. Depth of flange section is 5/8 in. Stamp on metal section is 1720.I think the top is a 19-002 but the shoe, I am not sure if it is a 15-001 or a 15-002. The shoe measures 1x1x 1/2 but there is some material missing fro ... (cont.)

I will be replacing all the window channel balances in my house. I am getting how to determine which series and believe that the length of the metal part of the balance is what determines the size. The stamp seems to be 1"less so I read. My question is that I believe that someone previously ... (cont.)

The channel is 18" long and 1/2" diam. The channel is stamped 1720

The unit was built in '74. It is located in Delray Beach, FL. The aluminum bedroom window is 46"L x 43"W. The number stamped is 1720 and is 18" L x 1/2 "W. Good morning, I was trying to order some parts to repair my windows channel, but the only thing I can get is the number on the channel and the length. Can you please help me identify my channel balances? All the ends are the same. Just different lengths like the pictures I sent yesterday.

I just sent a question, but I believe I forgot part of the item number. My Caldwell Channel Balance is 17 4 AN. Would #351 or #390 be a good replacement? Thanks again
