Looking on the site I can't tell if I'm seeing different options for this 28" block and tackle channel balance or if I'm seeing the same one in different product categories .28" balance with markings 2740 MK BSI. I need two window balances. The metal channel is 28" long and they are marked 2730 DL.

I have 2 sets of channel balances that I need to replace. One is a 16" without the attachments and 153000H stamped on the metal. It looks like it had 2 wings on the bottom shoe but one is broken off. I have a 28 inches channel balance (2740) needs replace. When I entered 2740 to your website to search, there are few series (350, 351, 380, 385, 390 and 395) shown the same option 2740. The balance channel has the numbers 2740 imprinted vertically on the back of the channel. Then BS1 or BSI below the zero of the numbers imprinted horizontally. The channel is 28 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Let me know if you need more photos. Thank you!! Julia Harding

Hi,I'm am not sure what channel balances to order. I have attached photo's of existing balances. The only markings I can find are 27 14L BSI RO. These are for very heavy window's, I would guess the are about 45#'s each non tilting.Will a S390-28 with the 2780 option work?Thanks,Tom ... (cont.)
