Hello, I have 2 different types of balance. 1.#2720 Stamped in it and the metal is 28 in long and measures 5/8 in wide 2. #28B stamped on it and the metal is 29 in long and measures 5/8 in wide I need several of each but need to know exactly what to order first, Thank you......Peter Carter ... this model 27" Series 385 Channel Balance Product Code: S385-27 looks close, however the actual length is 28" See Attached. also the stamp number is 27C

No markings available. I would like to know which channel to buy. Thank you.

I need channel balance and top sash replacements for my non tilt window. The existing balance metal only length is 28" long and 9/16 (1/2") wide. It is marked 2730. My window sash is 15 lb. The top sash guide appears to be a 5/8" product code 18-008 or 18-008H

I am looking for a replacement channel balance for what is shown in the pictures. I believe the part number should be S351-28 (2740). Can you verify this from the pictures? Only one side was damaged but do you recommend replacing both sides or not?

Hi there, I've enclosed photos of the ends, as I would imagine they are critical. The unit is stamped with "27 C" and I measure the length at 28 inches (metal only- not including plastic ends), and the width appears to be closest to 5/8 inch. Could you guide me to a compatible type of balance? Than ... (cont.)

Metal frame is 1/2" x 28" Code stamped on metal frame is 2730

From a Amsco window? U channel, appx 28" long only marking on it is "2730". See pictures for plastic end detail. The unit failed as the bottom sheeve broke at its attachement point. Thanks

Attached pictures of old Allenco balances . Need for 8 windows , 16 in total. Length 28" metal end to metal end. 1/2" wide. Model no. 2730. There is a small "b" right in front of the model number.
